Writing

I'm a multifaceted writer who now most commonly writes for screen and stage. My work has appeared in national, regional, and hyperlocal publications, plus everywhere from car commercials, to TV shows to radio spots. I began writing for books, magazines, and newspapers while in high school. In college, I expanded my skill set to screenwriting and scriptwriting for narrative films and documentaries. Awards for my writing have ranged from the national Voces del Periodismo "Best Investigative Story" honor to the Bustle Editors' Pick and more. My writing career has led to keynote speaker invitations for clients like the College of William & Mary and Old Dominion University. I also illustrate and photograph for my writings, and write the scripts for my own videos (sometimes with Aaron Gold).
